Oak View Home is a detached home idyllically situated on 1 acre of land, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty within the East Sussex. Oak View has an electric gate with a communication system for staff to manage the flow of visitors entering and leaving the premises.

Our home offers our young people shared social spaces to enjoy some social time together. They also have the opportunity to enjoy some private time in their own bedroom if they prefer, which we will support them to decorate and personalise their bedrooms, so it feels a warm comfortable homely space for them to enjoy.
The home has an extensive rear garden which has been astra-turfed and surrounded by a soft fencing, for our young people to enjoy physical activities such as basketball or football. There is and a patio area for summer BBQs, and a delightful area for a home-grown garden of herbs and vegetables. There is a relaxing space, in the shade of the trees, where children can enjoy sitting on the swings and hammocks enjoying some reflection and relaxation. The front garden holds car parking spaces for up to 10 cars, while still being able to enjoy space in the front garden for the children to play or wait for family members.
The home has restricted internet access which can be individually monitored and managed dependent on risk and online safety for each child. The home has areas designed to encourage home studying as well as desks in individual bedrooms. Adults within the home are proactive in supporting studying and encourage young people to foster positive attitudes towards their personal development and achieving their personal goals.
